The Brooklyn-based band Lucius was my favorite discovery while I was shooting this year’s Solid Sound Festival, so I was thrilled to find they were playing a free show in Montreal that overlapped with my vacation.
The performance was part of ARTV’s “Les Sessions” series. The combination of an excellent band, an intimate space that felt like a secret club, and a free beer made this a highlight of the trip.
